Do you offer returns or exchanges?

I am confident that you will love your new artwork and I am committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you. All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available. 

How will my work be shipped?

All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded and sent in a well fitting cardboard box. Artwork is shipped via USPS or UPS and most packages will arrive within 7 days with Tracking and Insurance. We work diligently to package and ship your art safely but please let me know if your work is damaged in shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Please check back with us on this soon.

Can I pick up my artwork from your studio?

Of course, come to The Torpedo Factory Art Center Studio 340
105 N. Union St. Alexandria VA 22314. We are open Monday - Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 1-5. Remember to select Studio Pickup at checkout.

Who actually owns the painting?

While you own the physical panting, I retain all rights to all the artwork I create. This includes the rights to images of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork without my written permission.
